Instructor (Strength & HIIT)

Hey there! My name is Chelsea


After growing up in New Jersey I moved to Toronto for high-school, which is where I currently live. I studied accounting in my undergrad and I am working towards my CPA designation.


I always played competitive team-sports as a kid and as I got older this translated into my love for group fitness classes. This led me to become a boxing and HIIT instructor at a studio in Toronto, and now I am overjoyed to be teaching with RTB!


I design my classes to be fun and energetic with good beats to motivate. I blend HIIT, strength training, and cardio - either in the form of Tabata or Circuits - and you may even catch me adding some boxing drills in the workout! 



Instructor (Yoga)

Hello! My name is Cierra (with a ‘C’). 


I grew up in the vibrant city of Toronto, and went to Queen’s University where I studied commerce. I now work in management consulting at Accenture, advising corporate clients on strategies to grow and innovate sustainably. 


I first started practicing yoga with my mom, nearly 15 years ago. I have always valued yoga as a means to re-center. During the pandemic I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at an ashram in Costa Rica. 


I design my classes to help you connect to your inner essence and life purpose. I blend muscle activation techniques with asana, pranayama, and meditation practices to create greater stability and calm in the mind, body, and soul. I look forward to connecting with you on the mat!



Social Media Coordinator

Hi, I’m Kathryn! 

I grew up in Toronto and attended Queen’s University where I obtained a degree in Health Studies. Currently, I am working in social media & marketing and attending nutrition school to continue my education and become a clinical holistic nutritionist.

Movement has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I was a competitive dancer, figure skater, soccer player and ski racer. I was also a part of multiple school sports teams including cross country and field hockey. In 3rd year I found my love for barre and pilates, and was introduced to RTB!

RTB helped me get stronger while avoiding triggering my past injuries from sports. I’m so grateful for this type of movement and I am so happy for the community I have met through RTB!
