WHAT IS BARRE?
Barre fitness is a workout that was developed to work muscles in a way that would result in lean muscle mass. Traditional barre involves high repetitions of small range movements, and isometric holds. While our workout uses barre principles, we take barre to the next level by incorporating cardio. The combination of barre and cardio is a full-body workout that burns fat, while strengthening muscles.
I DON'T LIKE CARDIO, WILL I STILL ENJOY THE CLASS?
Absolutely! While we incorporate cardio in all of our workouts, we will always provide modifications and low impact options.
I CAN'T MAKE IT LIVE, WILL YOU SEND THE RECORDING?
Yes! Every single class we do is recorded and sent out to everyone who signed up. The recording is available for you to do until our next class (i.e. Tuesday's class will be up until Thursday, Thursday will be up until Saturday, and Saturday will be up until Tuesday.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
*Grip socks are used in class to provide extra grip on the bottom of the feet while moving around. While they are not required, you may find them to help prevent slippage while working out.
